I had my 328 at the dealer and they replaced 4 bulbs behind OBC screen. Now that it is working again, one horizontal line, and one vertical line are out on the display. I already had to replace one of these screens and its about $400 for a new one.

I went and talked to a service rep and he went and talked to a tech. He told me that the tech said the work that was done could not have caused the lines on the OBC to go out. I think its BS and I have to go talk to service manager to get my screen replaced at no cost.

But I wanted to check in here before I got into that fight to se if there any way its not the techs fault.

Do Not Let Them Off The Hook. I Have Found A Screw Driver In My Engine Compartment After A Service. I Now Informed The Service Mgr That Everthing Is Working Before It Goes In For Service.

Good Luck

I would file a complaint with the dealership immediately! They too should know that it was working when the car went in and it is the item they were working on. Make them fix it!
