Defect Codes for a 325xi

Need help in decipering Defect Codes for a 325xi

I've found a 325xi that I'm interested in, but apparently there were 9 visits for servicing between 8/02 and and 4/03. I have the defect codes from the maintainence sheet.. Does anybody know where I can look these codes up?

I suggest you collect as many questions as possible. The sight charges for access but is worth the expense.

Thanks for the respones. I have an update on this.

The previous owner complained of loss of power and stalling issues. I test drove the car and it seemed perfect.

I was able to get some of the defect codes defined.

There are no records between 7/30/03 thru 2/2004. Dealer claims BMW had it. 3000 miles were put on during this time period.

I test drove the car and it drove great. I detected nothing wrong, but I only drove it for 15 minutes.

I do know the dealer paid 23k for it including all CPO costs.

I can get the car for 26k after intense negotiations. What do you guys think? Good deal? Stay away from it? Could get a better price?

This would be my first BMW.
