Digital Dash lights saying on when key is out and car is locked!!!!

Hi there, im takeing the keys out and locking the doors and the digital miles gage is still staying lit, also while sitting in the car with the keys out of ignition the windows are working, im sure this is not right it seems that the electrics are not shutting off when the keys are out ...

Anyone had this problem or know how to help ??
