Recently I was driving and when I hit the brakes I noticed a whirring noise sounding like it was coming from the power steering. I check the fluid level, added a little and all was fine. After a couple of weeks it started doing it again. Now it does it anytime I hit the brakes while turning or I have to hit the brakes hard while stopping straight. I am getting ready to deploy to Iraq and my wife will be driving the car. I don't want her to have to deal with any problems so I need to find out what it is. Any thoughts????
