Does the 2000 3 series have self leveling headlights?

Yes, if it has the Xenon lights.

If the zenons come on, and you can actaully see the beam of light go down, then back up. You have the leving lights.......If no movement occures, they are not.

And in the case of those '06 they'll move upside down... if they don't get a grip on a good design I would just rip them off the car and use them as a football.
