dsc button?

i noticed this weekend that if i hold in my "DSC" button a few seconds it disables another feature in the bmw computer. the "brake" light comes on but in yellow. does anyone know more about this or what it does?

Means you just not only disabled DSC, but also ASC+T. ASC+T (traction control) is defaulted to on, whether you have DSC on or not. But if you hold the DSC button for a longer period until the brake light comes on, ASC+T is also off. According to BMW you might want to do this if your car is stuck in the snow for example, it gives you the chance to slip the wheels.

yup, w/ the yellow brake light on, you can actually spin the tires fun excercise at times
