DSC Problem on 2001 325iT

My 2001 325iT has been at the dealer for a week. The DSC light comes on most of the time and the yellow BRAKE warning light is on too. They say they replaced the master cynlinder and sensors and "all the parts the computer told us to" but have not yet cleared the problem.

I am a bit concerned. The dealer has done great work for all the bimmers I've owned and never before has a vehicle of mine been in a state where they cannot clear a problem. Has anyone had this problem?
