eBrake Problem?

Hey i'm having problem with what seems to be my ebrake.....it works fine, i put the car in park, neutral, whatever, the car doesnt move.....but sometimes, it seems like when i disengage the ebrake, the back right brake sticks, and i get crazy squealing from that wheel....

sometimes when going slow if i pull up the ebrake, and put it back down, it will make the squealing stop.....sometimes, it doesnt help at all.....other times, i have absolutely zero problems, no noise whatsoever....i have tried adjusting that side's ebrake, but no success...any advice?

it's very common for the auto adjusting mechanism to get dirty or rusty over time, doing this manual adjustment is important, and easy to do. that article is spot on.

thats the exact article i used to adjust it myself.....and while the ebrake is now properly adjusted, i still get the squealing........i guess i'll have to take it apart and clean it.....

are there any tips? links? or help on how to do that? haha
