Fault code ? R5-FCX II

Last week my girlfriend was driving the car and as she was making a turn, the enging just died & the check engine light came on. I read the fault code from the R5 FCX II and it shows table 11 GE...which is "time to close loop temperature too long". What does this mean. I checked the in car display and it shown nothing wrong all systems OK and the check engine light went out.
Does anyone know what this could mean?
