Floormats included in MSRP?

Wasn't sure if I should post this in the newbie forum. Just wanted to find out if floormats are included in the MSRP of a 325i. Dealer wants to charge me extra.

My dealer threw them in without even having to ask. Its just wrong for a dealer to try and charge for those.

Nope... my bastard dealer made me bargain for those. Shoulda just offered. BMW does NOT equal value. They charge for pretty much everything. But, everything can be bargained down tho.

My dealer included a set with the purchase as well along with a windshield sun shade and great customer service.

what often happens is that when you are tlaking with the guy about buying the car the guy (who wants the commision) will either throw them in or are already included in the car...if u dont have them when u pick it up though ask for them and they most likely will give them to you...at my dealership (Irvine BMW) I dont even have to ask they will just throw it in.

My dealer throws them into every bimmer they sell. Just one of their "services".

Mine were included with the car and I don't even remember them saying they were doing me a "favor" with floor mats.

That's amazing considering the prices we pay. It's like the dealer saying for $42,000 we'll be nice and throw in the gas cap for free!

BTW, I haven't used my carpet mats in years. I bought the black rubber ones...and they wear and look good.

I have never been charged for the mats. This time the dealer also included tint and not the cheaper type, M license plate frame and a below sticker price. It all depends on the salesperson and dealer policy.

Our dealer tosses them in and makes sure to mentino the Mercedes people across the street don't.
