You can go to www.HIDforum.com. Research on what kit is best for you and the proper techniques in installing a street legal kit on the Retrofit Discussion sections. The guys in that forum are very knowledgeable in proper HID installment technique.
There are many things you need to take into account if you're installing an HID kit into your non-- such as what color temp is appropriate, how the light is dispersed to avoid glaring other drivers (and the police), and what kind of projectors you want. You would want a projector lamp since they disperse light the best (That's why BM uses them for their HID systems). Before I ramble, just ask around in the forum on what to do and they will provide the best answer for you.
