front seart armrest

is the 325i with manual tranny comming with a front seat armrest? If it does, is it uncomfortable while shiffting? Thx

It's the same armrest that all the 3-series have. It does not get in the way when I shift. However, if you have gorilla arms and it's a problem, you can lift the armrest up (standing vertically).

ya thats right...i think its confortbale...but i got automatic so i dont really shift

I have a manual tranny, and the armrest is still quite comfortable. However, I pulled it up vertically yesterday and drove for awhile and it was kinda nice to have it out of the way.

in all honestly i say that the BMW front armrest is great, the e-break is positioned for the drivers needs. I lower my armrest in my audi, so that my elbow slides off it when i shift. Only bad thing about it is the damn e-break is right beneith it and would make it a bit difficult to perform an immediate pull.
