I have broken a few, but I was not aware that they do not sell them any longer? I have about a dozen somewhere in the garage. Somebody with a Tis disc, can you get the part number and we can check BMW for them?

You are correct, part number 51-71-1-945-568 is for the lip spolier mounting brackets. I just got 12 of those from my dealer today. By the way they were only 57 cents, a lot cheaper than the 75 cents quote at Baverian. If you can get me a part number and or photo of what it is your looking for I will sic my parts guys on it.

No I got 12 of the lip spoiler brackets, the ones that hold the lip spoiler to the front airdam. These are the ones that clip onto the airdam, then the lip spoiler clips into them. The parts guy that I am freinds with is checking on the other brackets.

there's a HUGE difference between a clip & a bracket... if you're lookin at something that supports this airdam (courtesy Fred Kim) -

then you want a bracket that looks like one of the three big brackets in the bottom middle of this pic (again, cour. FK) -

those brackets are indeed DISCONTINUED & NLA... either find em used or fabricate your own

Sorry but they are listed as brackets in the BMW E30 318is Service Manual I have. They have two plastic rivets that hold them onto the front air dam, then the lip spoiler "clips: into them. Just because they are smaller than the bracket you point out does not mean they are not brackets.
