Gearbox/clutch problems

M3 E36 -Please help- Having trouble getting into gear (manual) when car warms up.

The clutch is new and not slipping at all.
Could it be the master and slave cylinder or the gearbox oil even though its lifetime guaranteed?

If the gearbox oil is the wrong type/grade then its most likely that it will be difficult to engage gears whilst the car is cold. So I doubt the oil is to blame.

You say the clutch is new? Did this problem start after the clutch replacement? If so, it could be misadjusted shifter linkage, or the clutch is not disengaging fully.

jeff, sounds like you have a worned out clutch pump... happened to me once, and I could only get into Reverse, 1st, 2nd gear, and lost 3,4,5.
