Gearbox Issue On 325i Se (02)

I have a slight gearbox issue on my bimmer. In the morning the gear selection doesn't feel as smooth as it does when the car is warm. It isn't a very big issue, but I was wondering if friction reducer would help the cause? The car has done 39,000 miles

It's just because the transmission oil is cold and the gearbox feels a little agricultural as a result. It is absolutely no problem whatsoever. You don't need to do anything, except be kind to the car when its cold (as I'm sure you do).
