whoops! The person said 28500, but I went to see it this afternoon and now they want 31000. I don't think it's worth 31000...

You still do not say if it is a 330 or a 325, regardless the NADA book range on a 325 is 37-42k! 31k is a steal if it is as described......

Your book range of 37 to 42k, isn't that when the car is purchased NEW? It's 2 years old now...
