With my ZHP on order, I'm looking to sell my 2001 GMC Yukon Denali outright so that I don't get raped by the dealer. Any suggestions on where to do post or do it at? I know of autobytel, autotrader, etc.? Any experiences?

It will be hard to sell a car, any car these days. I had to drop the price on my camaro by $1800 so it would sell. I would try to sell it for about $500-$1,000 under the blue book value if you want it gone quickly.

Good move on opting to sell the car privately. I have always had a good experience with autotrader, definitely give them a try, it's worth it.

depending on where you live, try www.craigslist.com it is getting pretty big out in the Boston area but i hear that it is huge out on the west coast. Good luck selling your car. i had to drop the price of my Audi a4 by 3000 to sell it. seems people are afraid of high and frequent maintenance costs [80?]

Another vote here for autotrader.com. Always pleased with its ease of getting an ad online, and the 'run till it sells' option rocks. Good bang for the buck & tons of exposure.

Around here there are a few choice locations to park your car for the weekend with a 'for sale' sign in the window(s). That seems to generate a lot of calls as well. Not sure if this is possible in your neck of the woods.
