I spent the better half of friday night dismanteling my car to find all the junk thats wrong with it. Heres what I found that needs to be fixed before I sell.

PROJECT 1:
Heres the rust on my car doors that needs to be Fixed,
Bottom
Anyways, There is a rummber coating on the bottom of my doors to prevernt rust
My plan is to dremel as much rust as I can off and then POR15 it, I want to reseal the bottom edges with that rubber coating. Question is what is this stuff called? And where do I get it?
PROJECT 2:
Back in the winter my driver door lock would freeze shut when it snowed. It occured to me in a car wash that maybe water is gettin in my door. So I door the doo panel off and poured some water on the outside of the window. I could see it gettin between the window and the rubber seal and then I eventually heard the plink plink of watter dripping in my door, specifically right over the door lock/handle
Where do I get this rubber seal? And what is it called?

Well this little hole must be why my car is so noisy
PROJECT 4:
Im assuming this is a CAT Heat shield of some sort? Or atleast was?
