but some of those people are so hopeless . i mean i know i was a n00b at one point in time (5-6 years old) and compared to a lot of people i really still am, but some of the questions crack me up.

Boy, "Charlie" needs to buy another vehicle. I don't think the BMW is suited for his needs/wants. Once he figures out what "BMW" is really all about, he will then learn to truly enjoy his car.
