Hail Damage

Anyone ever suffer hail damage on their Bimmer? I got my claim check yesterday and was pleasantly surprised by the amount they gave me. Is the Bimmer more difficult/costly to repair than other cars? Anything special about the body composition?

I would think the body shop labor rate would be about the same regardless of the car. The reason: no dealer would want to isolate themselves from insurance company work. However, I would expect BMW part to be more expensive than common cars. No clue on the composition, I guess it would be the same.
