Harman Kardon Stereo

I know there was a thread here about how in the 3 Series Harman Kardon Stereo speaker rattled. I always thought the rattling came from back, but according to the thread it is the passenger side speaker.

Anyway I would have replied to that thread but I can't seem to find it. Anyway I have a 2001 330 CI, and I printed a work order on that thread for a 2003 and beyond model I believe. Can I still use this work order? If not should I just tell the dealership about this problem, or does anyone know where I can find a work order for my 2001 car??

It can be either side, The dealer will need to take off the inside door panel. I am having my driver side fixed next week, its a rattle at fairly loud bass levels. They didnt need a work order # for me ??

I had a really bad rattle on the passenger side, especially at high bass tones.....turns out it was the sunglasses in the side door......

Thanks for the replies. I actually haven't heard the rattle in a while, so I don't know if I should bring it in. But I would want to fix the problem before my warranty runs out. Any advise?

so far i only get it when i listen to sports talk radio in the am dial..

and the crappy thing about speaker rattles, i've had them in every car i've/ my family owned suppose it's a fact of life?
