header, will they fit?

headers for a E34 for a 525i (89-91), has the same engine as the e30 325i (87-91), M20. Will they fit?

Why would you want 5 series headers for a 3 series?

Uhhhhh, beacuse they're headers!!!
I think they should bolt on, but i dont know if the header-to-cat runner will be in the right place.
