Greetings, All
I just read the "Goodbye E46" posting below, and I have to report that the Law of Conservation of E46s is alive and well. For everyone that leaves the fold, someone new steps in. My wife and I just picked up a 2003 330ci about 3 weeks ago, our first BMW. After years of fighting a losing battle with little British sports cars, we finally made the jump to Bavaria. My wife is amazed that a car can be both a blast to drive, and comfortable as well.
I have already installed the UGDO, the Euro warning triangle in the trunk and the first aid kit under the seat, and I have just received the modified CDV in the mail from Zeckhausen to bring the clutch back to reality. Now I need to see how I can order the alarm upgrade kit, the CD changer, the Sirius radio, and a hands-free phone without my wife complaining that we are spending too much money. After all, I can't have unused wiring harness connectors just lying around in the car doing nothing, can I?
Cheers,
Paul Kile
