Welcome!! Nice picture!

You're from Leeds? I passed through Leeds back in March, spent a night in the downtown area. The nightlife in the area of the Hard Rock Cafe was really jumping!!

thank you all for your good comments. i,ve been away for the weekend and i was not able to reply.

before i bought this car 3 months ago, i went to the local dealer for a test drive in the new E90 which i wanted to buy. once i drove it and had a good look at it, i came to conclusions that it drives nice but it's sooooooooo bloody ugly and i will not be able to live with those looks. I changed my mind and sold my ex 323ci and bought this black beast. She is a:

330d Sports
Manual
born on 1/02/2002
xenons
18" MV alloys
Black Leather

Here are some more pics of her:

do you think i made the right choice not going for that ugly looking E90?. I think I saved about good £12000 and i,ve got a much better looking car.

You definitely made the right choice IMO. I think the E90 is a little too radical and yet boring from the rear end as opposed to the E46 just shouting sportiness, class and sophistication (can you tell I like it?). I was deciding whether to get an E90 320i or an E46 320i Sport/325i Sport, and I'm now completely for the E46, I think it's just hot!

LOL, I did almost the same thing.

While shopping for a car, I saw 'spy photos' of the upcoming 3-series,
saw my dream car quickly fading into the wind, and ordered the very
last E46 model allocated to my dealership. All 3-series sold after that
car, were the E90.

Another dealer had already sold his E46 allocation, so I had to shop around
to find one.

I love my car, and am glad I was able to jump on the prior model before
it was gone.

I don't know if BMW cares or not, but my next car will not be a BMW if
it's designed by Chris Bangle and crew.

There are already too many Japanese cars on the road, we don't need
yet more Japanese cars with a "BMW" roundel on the hood.
