Darn, was washing the windshield. So I had the wipers up. After I was done, lazy ol me just pushed the left side wipers down, thinking it would also push down the right side.

Wrong! The Wind Deflector (the plastic part that extrudes from the actual wipers) caught on the right side and broke in 2! [?|] [ohcrap] [unsure]

Oh I felt like an idiot. Tried to take rest of it off, and it wouldnt. Then tried instant glue, and so far its holding just fine.

Is this covered within the warranty? If not, whats the replacement cost of what I broke? [scratch]

THANKS!!!

I think you're talking about the extra piece of plastic on the driver's side wiper but not on the passenger's. It's probably not that expensive, so the dealership might just replace it without asking exactly what you did. Just tell them you had them up for cleaning and when you put them back against the windshield, the stupid thing just broke off...it had to have been a weak, faulty part to start with.....LOL. Good luck!

Yeah, your dealership should be able to replace that no problem. The wind deflector is porbably part of the wiper blade, so whenever you get new wiper blades you get the new wind deflector on the driver's side. Take it to your dealership and see if they can replace it for free real quick.
