I am pretty sure you can get a ZHP (or any 3-Series) for around OEM price quite easily now since the all-new 3-Series comes out this summer. You just have to find the right dealership willing to make the deal.
There's a $4K factory to dealer rebate on 330s that expires on 2/28. With a little luck you should be able to get a 330 for $2K under invoice if you deal before 2/28. I'd try a few dealers in your area if the first one you go to refuses to deal.
OEM price? Check carsdirect.com for local pricing in your area. When I last checked, the ZHP sedans were going for almost $3,000 under invoice and the coupes were going for just a little over invoice.
