Help! Transmission issue with my 2001-325i

Someone please Help me! I have a 325i 2001 and until last week it was running great.
The issue is when i have been driving the car for more than 1hr or so and i park it. when i put it in R than go to D the transmission feels like it slipping. But, if i just go from P to D the probelm does not happen. Does anyone know what the issue maybe?

Sounds like the Sliptronic problem, although I don't recall any complaints about 2001 models. Read the Sliptronic faq sticky at the top of this E46 forum.
