Help with bavarian auto

There is a BMW performace specialist called Bavarian Auto Sport.. Have you heard anything, results of products. The prices seem steep....

they dont center on performance so i wouldnt call them a specialist.
their prices are steap beacuse they have everything you would need for your bmw, one of a kind place.

they're about 45 minutes away from me... i've dealt w/ them a few times... pretty knowledgable as far as i'm concerned, but yeah... prices are steep... read on...

i have their ECU chip... good chip, but i think a JC chip would be slightly better (and 50 bucks cheaper for eta's). i've also purchased rotors, pads, a thermostat & an exhaust mounting kit there... BUT... i PRICE MATCHED!!!... as long as the prices u find elsewhere are for the same brand & part, they're cool w/ it... i got all that stuff from them for about 250 bucks, and if i DIDN'T show them the prices from www.eurowebparts.com it probably woulda been closer to 350-400

best part about Bav Auto is the Show & Shine auto show they put on every year... i went to last years & it was CA-RAY-ZEE [thumb]

I've bought from them several times. Some prices are a little high but they will price match. If they don't have a part they wil get it at a reasonable price. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I also use BMP Design in Texas (www.bmpdesign.com) and Eurasion Auto Parts (www.eap4parts.com) in CA whose prices are very good but his inventory is less. EAP shipping charges are exactly that, no add on handling charge. There are many other good ones out there as well. These 3 (plus The Tire Rack) are the ones I have felt to be the most helpful and accommodating since dealing with BMW parts houses since 1985. Bavarian also runs a BMW photo contest every year besides their show & shine event. The results/pictures are on their website.

Never had a bad expierence except for their "list" pricing! And I habe purchased from them several times. Some items, (like Colgan bras), I have never found a better price on tho!
