Another great reason to get the idrive. Hands free cellphone use with Bluetooth connection!! If you spend any time on the cellphone in the car you will love it. Just bought a new Motorola razor with Bluetooth connection yesterday and had them initialize it at the dealer. It works great, my whole address book is downloaded to idrive and can be accessed easily from the idrive menu or by voice control. . since I bought standard shift the handheld phone was getting a little bit dangerous. If you have the extra 2000 bucks, I'd go for it

I love the bluetooth phone feature, I think its one of the best things about my car, although I dont access it through iDrive since I have the E46. I only just learned it had voice dialling as well, I think BMW really needs to have some more instructions provided with the feature, I had to go on the net to figure it all out.
