I-drive hanged :(

Hello I-drive on my brand new serie 3 is totally ****ed up
Everything is blocked, even the radio...

Do you know how to reset the software ?

The chief mechanician is not at the garage today, and I would like to solve this problem asap...

i believe if you leave the car off for a while and turn it back on... it might reset on its own. if that dosent work then turn on and off the car a few times and wait inbetween each one for a few minuets. The problem usually goes away on its own eventually. That's what happened to me a few times.

Maybe try disconnecting the battery for 5 or 10 minutes and then reconnecting it? But then you'll have to enter any security code(s) for the radio and other stuff. Otherwise, your best bet is to take it to the dealership!

Pressing the volume knob in while, at the same time pressing both of the drive eject buttons should initiate a CCC reset.
