I Have An Evap Emissions Leak!

Does anyone know what this is or how much it will cost? The number is 90455

The first place to check for leak is your gas cap. Most likey that is the problem. The check engine light also might get set when you leave your engine running while putting gas in the car. In either case you need to have it reset - because it is not going away on its own as far as I know.

Yep turned out to be the gas cap. Good thing I found a mechanic who was willing to do that for free. The dealer probably would have charged at least 100 bucks. And then this other BMW shop that Mr. Ellussive recommended wanted to charge me like 100-200 bucks saying it was some kind of vaccum tube that was broken.

You can't trust many people these days!
