It's all right, for a dealer. Not a great price. Also depends what quality / brand parts they are using.

Rotors for your car should run between $160-300 for all four, depending on brand.

Pads for both front and back, about $75-150 for all 8 pads, again, depending on brand.

Sensors, for my car (e36) are under $10 a piece. So call it, $40-60.

Brake fluid $5.

Hardware $15 per set, so approximately $30.

These are average prices, if you shop around, you can get it cheaper. Also, replacing pads and rotors is a fairly easy job; several DIY guides online. I'm sure Pelican Parts has one; they usually have the best DIY guides.

So you're looking at anywhere from $310 - $540 in parts alone. Again, if you shop around, I think you can get all the parts for $250. I did the same, all 4 corners, and parts ran me just over $200, but this was in 2004.

And what's labor, $60 an hour? I'd say it would take a shop, in earnest an hour to do all 4, but say 2 hours, so $120 in Labor. So it should run, at a fair price, anywhere from $430-660 at a shop. Dealers usually are more pricey; labor and parts are priced higher. So, $800 seems high to me. But it's all right. It's not too crazy. Personally, you can do all the work yourself for under $400 (if you shop around, $250), using the best parts.

Good luck.

you get what you pay for, and you pay for what you get, if you dont use dealer parts you may be sorry, i have put dealer parts back on days after a cheap brake job, and the pedal feels the same a if it was new
