what's the price?
nothing against you for thinking of getting an auto, but WHY!!!! everyone has their reasons, i suppose, but plz do reconsider, esp when opting to go w/ the zhp over the regular 330i.
you should still have over 3 years and 43k or so miles of warranty left. i'm not sure if you could purchase extended warranty, even if you are the second driver. think the extended warranty adds 2 years, and 50k miles for about 2 grand. (not worth it for me, but who knows..) how much are you saving over a brand new one, equipped the way you like it anyway?
edit: one more thing, is it the sedan or the coupe?

If you like it, I love it..., however you need to take to a BMW Dealership or independent BMW specialist and get an unbiased appraisal of the car independent of the dealership you are considering purchasing the car from... All that being understood, if it comes back with a clean bill of health and you like it, buy it. Every good deal is excellent to the one who is making it, until you find out some else got a better one... [driving2]
