Have anyone experience the inside lining coming off (the black trim), well mine just came off after 8,000 miles.. I am like what is next? Looking so pathetic driving around with this lining hanging half way from the roof...and its on both side now ....Can't wait to bring my car in, hopefully they don't use no cheap glue this time...Well just thought I'll share that with you guys.

Coupe right? Seems to happen much more on the coupes. There are plenty of reports of that happening. Unfortunately. Just take it in to the dealer.

This must be the most common pet peeve next to the brake dust -- The window lining came down in my previous coupe twice on driver, once on passenger during the 3 years I had it. It's also happened my bosses 330ci twice also -- His is only a '03. I have a sedan now...so I'm wondering if it will happen this time --

Ya know how many times I was close-hanged by the neck when getting out of the car....

A friend of mine '03 325ci had this problem and the dealer was unable to fix it permanently despite multiple tries. She also felt the car was way underpowered but felt something else was causing the underpowered feeling and the car just wouldn't go.

She finally got fed up and sold the car with a very bad taste in her mouth about BMWs. She now owns an Acura RSX (or whatever the designation of the new 2 door is) and loves it.

This happens to me in my coup every time the summer hits, I just crazy glue it back up and it sticks till the next summer. However on a 40K car i expect better. Lots of little things annoy the hell out of me and most BMW drivers, probably would get rid of the car if it did not drive so freaking sweet!!!

yeah, mine would drop right when summer hits, too. I agree -- $40k, you expect more --We BMW drivers bitch and complain on these boards -- and sure enough -- 3-5 years later, we are at the dealer ordering another one--LOL! I sure did.

I must say that I don't want a new BMW anymore even if I do get the money to buy one new. It seems the quality has gone down so much that its just unbelievable. E30 M3 all the way, heh.

Hearing a fan noise is normal when the car is in park cause the fan trigger it to cool down the engine since freaking Texas is so damn hot. But shouldn't be out of normal loud though..correct me if I'm wrong guys. Good Luck :)
