I recently took my ride to a stealership for the Inspection II. I figured that since the level 2 Inspection is fairly important, I would do it. The cost, with no issues, was $450 big ones. At 62,xxx miles on the clock, I figured that this would most likely be my only level 2 Inspection that I would have on this vehicle.

I paid extra ($85) for a coolant flush. I had already changed the brake pads and rotors out, and flushed the brake fluid myself; so those items didn't raise an issue in the Inspection.

The stealership did state that I had some good wear on the belts, so I had them changed out since I really didn't want to do it myself; I believe I got taken to the cleaners on that one though, $175 for parts and labor - ouch!!

That's my experience
