installing cold air intake on 2005 325i

i am going to install an afe cold air intake on my new 2005 325i. should I have any concerns ie. with warranty, gas mixture, will it cause any possible harm etc.

No concerns to fuel air mixture, letting your car breath better is a good thing, besides the mixture is out of your hands, computer controlled. Warranty is a possible problem, since your going to disconnect the air box and factory filter.
