Okay which car would you choose?

#1) 325i loaded with all 3 packages and steptronic.

#2) 330i sport & premium, xenon, fold down seats, steptronic.

#3) 330i performance, xenon, fold down seats, moon roof, steptronic.

i vote for #3

the performance package is simply amazing...you don't really need the permium package since you have the moonroof anyway.

Performance. I'd prefer stick but would settle for step. BMW manual trannies are amazing. Only Honda's are possibly slicker. Still, if I could get the Performance package with xenons, I wouldn't care if it didn't have any other option.

# 2 OR 3 ... not number 1. I would MUCH rather have the 225 or 235 hp over the 2.5 litre engine ... regardless of what options I would be sacrificing. You just need to determine what your priorities are ... w/ premium you'll be surrounded with luxury and more creature comforts. If you're going for sheer sport .. then the performance package is the one for you.

I say if you have the dough -- go for #3 -- However, I agree with Susie520 -- you give up a few luxary items that I happen to like a lot also. The Performance package performs great, looks great, but how does it feel on my butt...

if you're going with #3, the 330 ZHP, then you should go all out with premium

Number 3 by far. I've test driven 1 and 2 and it's no contest.

330i Performance Package, fully loaded. E46 3-series is nearing its end, so a special 330i ZHP would really help resale value, and I HATE not having all the options. Navigation, Xenon headlights, climate control, power everything, etc. is a must for me.
