I bought my bimmer from a Toyota dealership. It's a 2002 with 42K miles on it. Am I entitled to the 4yr/50K miles full maintenance? If so, where can I avail of it? Thanks.

No you should not they should have it in the system, it is like it is part of the car. You could confirm it with the service advisor when you make your next appointment, just as a heads up.
