Is this a good price quote? Please Help in Michigan!

Everyone here has been so helpful, so now I need a little more help. I went shopping for my soon to be 2004 Jet Black 330ci. I was quoted a M.S.R.P. price of $40,670 plus tax and title. Options: Premium Package, heated seats, xenon headlights, automatic. This includes the $600 allowance the client advisor gave me. What does everyone think? Is this too good to be true? [:D]

The car is on a ship and he would be reserving it for me, so I would like to let him know tomorrow (Saturday). Again, what about lease vs. purchase? Would he be padding the M.S.R.P somewhere else?

Thanks! Kim

What year? And they do not offer the Performance package on the two door. Did you mean Sport Package? An '04 330ci Sport Pkg/Auto/Heated Seats/Xeons runs $41,145 (MSRP).

Sorry!

It's an '04 and I meant Premium Package. I had just read a post about a Performance Package, it must have gotten stuck in my head. Thanks for the quick reply.

MSRP on a 330ci Prem/Auto/Heat/Xeon is $43,845. That is a great deal, and please let me know the dealer if they give out deals like that! I'd like to talk to them about a 330i... PM me is you don't want to post.

that sounds like a good deal. apparently it's not a msrp, rather the pricing that they are giving you.

i know this is a bit late for your decision, i would've had them write down all the options and the price, then compare it to bmwusa.com's configuration pricing.

and the performance package option is going to be avail for the coupes and converts for the 04 model year, maybe a mid year thing? i can't remember what production month it'll switch over..

but why would you get a sliptronic instead of the 6 speed??

I just bought a 2003 330ci silver grey metallic with 6,000 miles fully loaded except for navaigation for $35,700. I was going to buy a 2004 for 45,000. Decided against, couldn't pass up this deal, saved almost 10,000. Not much difference in the cars.
