I have never been able to call that number and feel satisfied when I got off. They always direct you back to your dealer.

It is even worse than that. There is a group that actively monitors these boards. They are the ones that can answer every thread all times of the day and night. Anyone else get this feeling?

If you are referring to the individuals conversing in the ridiculous steptronic threads that don't see things they way you do, then I believe you are sadly mistaken.
