Is this normal?

Last night, I park my 325I in the driveway. Turn the car off, no problem. This morning, I get up to move the car to my carport (heavy rains here) and when I get in the car, the A/C powers on full and my seat is not in the position I left it, it is all the way to the rear. is this normal? Thanks!

It is for the seat, allows easy entry. I am not sure about the AC although I have heard that this is the case.

Maybe you used a different key than the one you used last, if you put one of the keys aside for a while and then suddenly use it they tend to behave strangely...
