Jim Conforti - ECU Chip?

I have a Jim Conforti Cold Air Intake, and was wondering if a Jim Conforti chip will help me maximize the performance of the intake. Do any of you have an modified ECU?

It won't give you much - remapped throttle response, higher redline and no top speed govenor - that's it. What you get from the intake already is pretty much all you'll get without further engine mods. To me it was not worth $400.... (same goes for Dinan or any other software maker for stock-sh E46 BMW's)
