Does anyone have a link to a copy of the BMW Key Memory Check List? This sheet lists all available options that can be turn on/off for the key remote.

My clown nose light was activated by the dealer prior to delivery of both my 2004 330i and my son's 2003 330ci. I have experienced no problems and the local dealer does it routinely to all the cars the dealership delivers with or without alarm installed.

The head lights stay on for predetermined priod of time to give you some extra light in front of you as you walk away from your car.

Actually the "follow me home" feature works like this: After turning the car off, if you flip the high beam lever forward (on position) and back again, the low beams will switch on and stay on for a period of time, then auto switch off. I've also heard it called "pathway lighting".

mine works by flashing the brights, or pulling the lever back.

If you have the dealer program your locks to lock at 5mph, do they also unlock when you stop and take the key out of the ignition?

No, you have to unlock it everytime or pull the inside door handle 2 times...pain in the a$$...i had it removed.

That's a bummer. Can the dealer program the locks to unlock at stop? The 99 A4 I'm trading in does that.
