I drive an 05 330ci w/ M sport package and love it ........... hate the new E90 and am worried about the upcoming coupe as planning to get the new M3 when my lease comes due, but boy if they can get the coupe right .............like this..... it shows Bangle takes his vitamins from time to time ;-)

Somebody tell me why the heck they decided to mess up the grill on new 3ers( on top of some other parts) Somebody woke up and decided to split the formerly integrated grill and put the top on the hood and the rest on the chassis...........

Cheers,

Nice find, the grills looked like that came off the 7-series.
Hehe, the 7, 6, 5, and 3 Series as well. This seems to be BMWs MO (modus operandi). In fact it is the redesign 7 Series that does not have the grill like that. I am not a major fan of the flattened top part of the newer designed grills...

I don't like the grill with that stupid chrome right on top. YUCK!
body kit looks menacing though two thumbs up.

and yes it looks like a Mazda they should figured out a way to keep the design style of the e46 which looks oh so elegant!

I like the coupe pictures better than the sedan pix. After seeing the sedan and liking it, I'm thinking the new coupe's gonna look great. I agree, however, that they could have done a little better with the grill lines. And I'll never understand the upward angle of the rear lights on the 3 and the 5. Other than the weird trunk on the 7, the front and back are pretty good evolutions of styling. And if you look closely at the new Acura RL, the trunk has a similar, but subtler, contour to the 7 that hardly anyone points out. Next gen M-B pix show some pretty nice styling, especiall Maybach influence on the S and a CLS version of the C sedan.
[offtopic] a little, I know.

wonder if the e90 vert will be a retractable hardtop??????????
