LED brake lights

Anyone know why BMW only put the LED brake light cluster on the coupe/convertible models and not the sedans?

The LEDs are very cool I have to tell ya. Look real sharp and different than the regular lights. Real easy to distinguish an '03 from an '04 coupe/vert because of the lights.

I must agree, they did look friggen' cool. On my daily commute this past week, the LEDs instantly caught my eye.. then I focused on the rest of the car and was shocked that is was a 325Ci! I thought it was going to be a G35. Then I check out BMW's web site and find them only on the 2 doors..
