LED Tail lights

Hey, I own a 2004 coupe and I've recently changed my LED tail lights from the orange to the white/clear tail lights. I was disaapointed in that i thought when i used my turn signals, they would appear white instead of the amber color. Does anyone know how i can change the blinking from the amder to the white? Also, I've heard that people get pulled over for having the white turn signals, but I'm pretty sure i've seen M3 models with the white turn signals. Can anyone clear this up for me? thanks in advance, guys.

The M3's have clear lenses but they blink amber as well. If you want it to blink white you can just replace the bulb.

I am not sure if it is the law in all states, but I do know most states require the turn signals flash amber.
