loose steering

can anyone advice me on what to do to tighten up the steering when I drive at high speeds? The vehicle has already been lowered. I feel that the steering wheel is very light at high speeds

Hey jifster, hows it hangin... I encountered some loose steering problem in my 2000 323i. I found it to be the Control Arm Bushings... I replaced them and my steering tightened up. I experienced the most serious problems on wet roads. I was warned that the Control Arm Bushings on E46's were going to be problematic... I hope this solution provides an answer to your quandry.
