i'm thinking about getting the m double spoke wheels for my 2000 323i.. i've seen a couple e46s with them and I like them more than what I have, and I figure i can save money for other mods.. what are your opinions of them? they are staggered.. 17" x 8.5 and 7.5 i believe
also, anyone know where i could get a cheap set?

An OK wheel. It looks good though. I don't like the finish of them - painted. The paint gets damaged over time with road dirt and rock chips. Cleaning is failry easy, but the chips stay. Not the lightest OEM wheel either.

You can get a practically new set for about $1200 tops off someone's new car in the Roadfly or Bimmerfest classifieds. I bet e-bay has them also. Just watch out for fakes, they are plenty. Look for the tiny ///M badge near the lugs.

i was doing research on getting em. two ways to get it.

goto a local tire shop that can locate refurbed rims. they were gonna run me like $225 per for a 17 x 7.5 w/ a 47mm offset. but they didnt' have any in the metro detroit area, so i couldnt' get it.. :(

or you can get the replica brand, which they title as m2 rims. they were around $170 per for a 17 x 7.5 dun remember the offset.
