M3 Lip for E46 OEM close to $200

I was at my dealer yesterday and I was asking my advisor how much it will cost me to put a M3 Lip on my 03 330ci. He went with me to the part department and got a quote on the M3 lip for $125, then he said probably around $60 paint and install. What do you guys think? good or bad deal?

You can get them on ebay for under $50. Try calling PacificBMW.com, they are one of the cheapest place to buy OEM products.
