Intermittent problem with my 91 318is. Engine cold starts ok, takes about 2 minutes for the idle to stabilize. Once warm at idle the engine warning light will come on accompanied by a 200 RPM drop. A bump on the pedal kills the light and the engine will run at idle couple of minutes before the light comes on the process repeats. On warm starts car will not idle without stalling. Need to ride the accelerator and get it rolling for a minute or 2 before car will idle.
